04Helpdesk/FAQs

How early should we book a studio integration?

For a new build or refit we recommend two to four weeks of lead time. A rehearsal-day tune-up of an existing studio can usually be arranged within 48 hours. Every booking begins with a short site survey so the crew arrives with the right kit.

  • Tune-up: within 48 hours
  • Site survey included

Can you work with our existing cameras and vision mixers?

Yes. We are vendor-neutral and start by auditing what you already own, then integrate or replace only what limits picture or reliability.

Do you treat the acoustics of small interview studios?

Absolutely. Compact rooms often need the most care, so we measure reflections first and recommend the lightest treatment that gives clean speech.

What happens if equipment fails during a live show?

Our designs use redundant signal paths and rehearsed fallback steps, and an on-call engineer can be booked for every live broadcast.

Invest in a better way to go live.

Planning is where live television is won. We map your studio, crew and run-down in one place, so equipment, camera moves, sound and light all work as a single dependable system.
